1. Are the tours private or shared?
We offer small group experiences to maintain a close and personalized atmosphere. Private sessions are also available upon request, subject to availability.
2. What is the level of difficulty of the activities?
Most of our experiences are low to moderate in difficulty. They are designed for people with basic fitness and a desire to enjoy nature.
3. Do I need prior experience for kayaking or horseback riding?
No prior experience is necessary. Our guides provide clear instructions before each activity so you can enjoy yourself safely.
4. Can itineraries change due to weather?
Yes. In Patagonia the weather is changeable, so tours may be adjusted to always prioritize safety and the best possible experience.

8. Are the activities insured?
We do not currently offer additional formal passenger insurance. However, all activities are conducted under strict safety protocols, with prior assessment of weather conditions and responsible planning for each experience.
9. Are the guides certified?
Yes. The guide is certified as a Wilderness First Responder (WFR), trained in first aid, and registered with SERNATUR, which guarantees technical preparation and proper handling of situations in natural environments.
10. Can children or older adults participate?
Yes, it depends on the type of experience and physical condition. We always evaluate each case to ensure the activity is suitable and safe.

13. What should I bring for the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a windbreaker, suitable walking shoes, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle.
14. Do I need special clothing?
No professional technical equipment is required, but clothing appropriate for the Patagonian climate is necessary: layers, warm clothing and wind protection.
15. Can I bring a camera or drone?
Yes, you can bring your personal camera. Drone use is subject to local regulations and weather conditions.

19. What are the payment methods?
We accept payments by debit card, credit card and bank transfers.
20. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why our policy aims to be clear and fair for both parties:
With 72 hours (3 days) notice: 100% refund of payment.
With 48 hours' notice: 50% refund of the payment.
With less than 24 hours' notice or on the same day as the tour: no refunds are given.
In the event that the activity has to be suspended due to weather conditions that prevent it from being carried out safely, a full refund will be issued or the experience can be rescheduled depending on availability.
21. Can I modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your booking with prior notice and subject to availability.
